I can still remember going to see many shows when I was younger. My grandmother was Dorothy Bird and to see that she had such a huge part in the Pineland Players makes me so happy, I just thought I would leave a little message just saying how cool it is to see this still going on.

Who am I? Well, I moved to Florida 20 years ago, but back in the day, I directed Kismet, West Side Story, Peter Pan, Little Me, Our Town and many others. I was the stage manager for "Little Me", the second "King and I," the second "Music Man" and I produced "South Pacific." There's more, but ... enough about me!

I truly enjoyed looking through the programs that you have on line! What a stroll down Memory Lane.

Your costumes for "Beauty and the Beast" were excellent. I look forward to LOTS more photos.

Good move making Fay a Lifetime Trustee. There are two more people who deserve be honored in that way, though they have both passed on; Dorothy Bird and Ken Cate who were the founders of Pineland Players. But, I have to agree! Fay tops them all.

My years with Pinelands provided me with some of the happiest moment of my life. I am still in touch with many members of Pineland Players Junior Company.

I began my community theater days with Pineland Players back in the 1980\'s with Oklahoma. Pineland Players was one of the many great learning experiences for me and I've kept the memories of my summers in the Pines as a cherished treasure.

I went on to become a professional actor and now I'm a casting director, director and author based in New York. I often visit South Jersey which I still consider home.

Glad to see the Players still going!

My Best,
Paul Russell (Neyenesch)

My goodness! I can barely believe it\'s been 25 years since I\'ve been involved with a Pineland Players production (\'Our Town\' at the Allen School). My last musical was the year before that, \'West Side Story\' in 1983. It has been a long time!

BEST WISHES!
